People I have given this capital raising a bit more thought. At first, I was a little concerned about dilution - but not anymore.
If the raising is at 3.4cents then that is great. We will not see much downside if any to the share price. I look at the last cap raising the company did a couple of months back at 1.2c per share. They used the money wisely, hit Gene and now the share price is 4c. People have trippled their money in a couple of months! why wouldn't you participate again?????
The companies recent track record of delivering via value add speaks for itself. Then we look forward to Gary, other Bakken wells and Niobrara. Again, why wouldn't you participate?????
