There's no doubt in my mind that PYC sold their equity too cheaply.
Whether that was a result of BTC capping the price with it's planned disposal, who knows. Timing certainly wasn't great.
How it impacts ordinary shareholders depends on what they plan to do with the $'s, convertable notes, Phenomica, etc...
I for one am optimistic I will do well out of my holding, but perhaps not as well or as quickly as I would have if the equity wasn't dilluted as drastically as appears to have been the case.
Time will tell. We still don't have enough information about their short-term strategic thinking or transaction book.
