I totally agree Hotlegs, Do The Bare Minuium, this is a rare stage where i think this option is best. Why on earth would we raise capital unless we really have too, as long as we get our debt rolled over, at some stage valuations will rise, untill then the banks are happy with as much interest as they can get, so as long as we can pay this i dont see whats the problem. I dont see what the banks would have to gain from screwing us now.
