i would rather see a private placement of say 25c to institutional to underpin the potential or at a premium - it would give the share price some weight considering its been beaten down by GFC and fukushima-

Also 22c is triple bottom so would not expect it to go lower than this --bIg resource so 22c is a very good price based on economics
i would prefer a favorable announcement to come out to lift share price and attract institutional investors then go for placement when share price is hovering around 25c + that would make more sense and good
