I am all for the capital raising provided the Directors are willing to pass a resolution along with the share holders that the money will not go to directors fees or salaries or purchase of company vehicles, office equipment etc...

I want a guarntee that this money will go to exploration and resource development.

The Directors if they are authentic about lifting the company share performance must forgo any payments until the company has developed a real cash flow/ value to subtantiate the reason the directors should be paid.

For me to invest further I want want sacrifices from CEO, Managment in the same way that I sacrificed my money in investing in this company and it's Board .

Without this sort of commitment anyone putting money into this capital raising is not investing but rather gambling.

On the chance that any of the Directors do listen to share holders on HC make this sort of commitment and you will find a large take up of the capitalraising, possibly it may be over-subscribed and in the process put MXR in to the Headlines were it needs to be in order to attract high profile investors.

Without this sort of commitment the company will fade away.

I have already taken a -450% hit on my share price purchase so dont have much to lose at this stage.
