    can someone tell me how many shares that will be if they need 4 million dollars ?? using a mid range number that will add another 320 million shares .. i wonder if they get free attaching options .. lol ... i wonder if the sophisticated investors will have there shares escrowed ..just to be fair.. lol ...even more selling to come to cover there butts if this isn't the case.
