    Looking at Over Night Market Reaction in UK, I Capital Raising is imminent.

    I expect CR news same day at result is announced.
    ..
    chance to buy at $1.35/Share : Why pay 1.45 now. (RSG went for CR at 1.10, now it is trading $0.90/share )
