I'd guess the covid number in Vic are continuing to drop would be the first sign. Also HIA are calling for the $25k home grant to be extended 12 months. NAB was up 5%ish today.
I have quite a substantial holding of this share - probably over my comfort zone but I was caught out with covid and didn't act fast enough. I am at break even in these levels, though.
I have also been trading this share multiple times on a separate account as it bounces through the $1.60-$1.75 channel. Pick up a 6% and jump out and do it all again. I'm reasonably confident there will be a breakout sooner rather than later - just speculation on my behalf based on tidbits I am gathering from here and in the UK.
