    Capital raising at steep discount to SP.

    Lots of new cheap 60c shares coming into the market soon.

    Not everyone can afford to double their holdings (this is a 1:1 issue) just like that. There'll be plenty of rights being sold on market.

    It won't reach 60c but I can't see how it can hold $1.
