The stock is down on low volumes - which is not necessairily a concern. You have to remember it has has a good run and people may be taking profits - a reasonable approach.
Just because the stock gets pushed down doesn't mean there is not underlying value there. If anything these institutions are getting in because they can see the share is under valued, when you compare it to the resources and various plays it has (Uranium, Iron Ore, Gold Diamonds)
