If the recent capital raising was offered to someone else (other than La Jolla) I am pretty confident they would have dumped by now and all shareholders would have accused Kos of not looking after shareholders. Kos learned from his past experience to be very selective who he offers the shares to.
La Jolla have not even bothered to convert yet let alone worrying about selling. Im actually surprised they havent yet converted at these rock bottom prices - unless they believe the share price can fall much further - which I doubt.
