I saw that in the analyst recommendation but it is puzzling. The company has target of 15% gearing, but how crucial is it for NCM to stick to those numbers? Not aware of any banking convenant based on those numbers from news/company announcements.
Personally feeling is if cap raising occurs at magnitude of $2bn, the CEO might as well kiss his job goodbye. Won't discount a smaller one to restore flexibility to balance sheet though.
Feeling bad for buyers at higher prices, the company did have ALOT going for it.
