Although at times I disagree with the extent of SG's passion for NCM bear, I must say, the actions he lists and his way to improve the company are excellent.

Especially, getting rid of the debt to save on interest, capping executive salary at 250k and "threatening" a buyback which will provide the share price with buoyant characteristics.

Well done SG. Not only for the recommendations you list here on this post but for the extraordinary insight into this company that you have shown in the past 18 months that I have been here, you qualify to be NCM CEO. I have no doubt that you would do a much better job than the existing executives at NCM. I am certain NCM shares will do a quicker turn around in your hands.
