    I think SG will do the job for 250k. If he wants more, then we give him the balance in shares as he suggests.

    There are 2 positives with SG as CEO,

    a)NCM share price will start to slope up and
    b)SG will finally turn bull and go long instead of short (and that would be refreshing).
