If they are undertaking a 4bn asset disposal program by end 2021, do they really need to raise capital now? As debt is due out past 2021.
With majority owners being instos, they would probably vote up the cap raise. Though hopefully the share price could appreciate first with better sales and foot fall and rent collection. Any indication or thoughts on % discount of the cap raise? If they have on board 6 underwriters, that could limit the discount on offer as they all compete.
