This is so late.... ffs call an equity raise early and get your shit in order instead of waiting almost a year then trying to raise capital when your SP is not even 1/3 of what it used to be and equity is harder to get...
Senior management get paid top dollar to think and plan strategic... instead of waiting and then going for lazy indecisive decisions. They can't even make up their minds on equity price...so shorters are going to town in order to get a better deal.
