what date is it that you need to of been a holder of shares to participate in the SPP in the announcement it states


"Under the SPP, each Unilife shareholder with a registered address in Australia and New Zealand who holds shares at the record date of 9 October 2009 will be entitled to acquire up to A$15,000 worth of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (SPP Shares) which will rank equally in all respects with the existing fully paid ordinary shares."

Does that mean you need to of had purchased before close of business Monday 5th Oct or Friday 9th Thanks in advance
