not one TU.....when you could be the only one on the money. What better way to cover your shorts than to be offered shares thru a cap raising at low prices.
The urgency of the raising is very questionable, espec only after 5mins of trading. To get the best CR why not wait for a week when hopefully the SP would have been higher (as per yesterdays HC comments)...why open for 5 mins at the end of the day (accummulate/dist)??? ... to measure the 'buy' side....why was this done???
....most felt that LYC should have Rorked yesterday, but it didn't ...why... because the shorters knew they had to cap it and hold it back. Only they can monitor the up pressure (being sellers). So by this conspiracy theory the Shorters 'knowing' of a CR, give the nod for the TH before the price does Rorke......but what does NC get out of it????
Else, NC felt that yesterdays SP response was so weak that the shorters were going to come back and screw the SP down again.... so it was best to take a CR at yesterdays close rather than risk the SP falling and have to offer the CR at a much lower SP.
What ever happened to simple investing?????????
