Hey thanks for that sermon there hotwolf about the might and power of the big end of town.... it's always pleasing to hear how they need to be nurtured and have their bellies rubbed before they can use someone elses money to invest in another venture... of course their capital is made up of .................... yes instos and as u put it... tiddlers.... I think the point a lot of people often make about these placements is that the funds could be raised by an open offering to the market and be fully subscribed.... the term sophisticated investors is often a terminology that could be applied to a bloke down at the pub who will take a telly of your hands for half price because he knows a bargain when he sees one. We all know the market moves on sentiment and I'm sure that while you say the move is "wholly understandable" a lot of holders will be left with the distinct feeling they've just been bent over and spanked.
