If the retailers are not offered a fixed number of shares to buy in CR. While the Institutions are offered a number of shares at a fixed price. Then fair to suspect that there is more than meets the eye behind the scene.
While the retailers were kept in the dark .The institutions kept their silence . VERY INTERESTING.

It explains why the Institutions have been so cocky while manipulating and hammering the retailer and SP down.

Now Santa Nick comes to the rescue of the institutions with an offer to buy at the lowest price .
(assuming that the retailers would be invited to participate)
The retailers that would sell with the hope of buying same number on offer would also be screwed if there is a scale back
