Read the ann, ndl3ss. It is a capital raising. That said, there will be other anns such as the ship arrival, kiln startup, first production and so on for sure. This is a bump in the road. This is a billion dollar company. I'm just puzzled as to why they are issuing shares or options rather than just borrowing the money!
The offer is to instos. No indication that we the shareholders can get some cheapies. Sucks, actually.
