I'm glad you are happy with the directors. I don't think their input to this CR is at all impressive. The company obviously has its back to the wall, and all they can find is something less than 200K each. That level of commitment doesn't fill me with confidence I'm afraid. Like you, my 10K is currently down 75%... with CCE it makes a damned ugly pair of bookends.
Moral: never fall in love with sexy tech companies, unless the directors have meaningful amounts of skin in the game.
Such is life.
