Meir, Yonatan and Meidad basically own half the company between them and people say they don't have enough skin in the game. I can't think of anyone with more on the line (only maybe Hunterr ). To my knowledge none of them have made 100's of millions in their careers to date. Probably 50-80% of these guys personal wealth is tied up in SAS. It's like people don't understand that not every company director is in the league of Bill Gates or Elon Musk. The weakened SP has hurt them more than anyone.
