These type of deals would not be occurring if they had invested $80 Million of their own money. Directors will still walk way with 5-10 Million over 5 years, not bad for possibly not delivering. 

Apparently so close to launch, if they believed it’s going to happen in 5-6 Months then why aren’t they putting in a substantial amount on their own money. At 3c I would be selling everything up if they believe it’s a bargain.
