Capital Raising - do I buy more?, page-70

Having read the prospectus I can't find where it states the 16 sats will be paid for out of the raising. I see payments to Gomspace but it doesn't articulate what this is for exactly. Am I missing something, I'd be happy to risk 5k knowing the high risk v reward for 166666 shares and options but not without a statement clearly outlining where the raise is going and any progress on funding. Finding it difficult to get any confirmation from company.

Disclaimer, I do own a small parcel but only at an avg price just over 5c, not a lot to lose, but a nice potential gain.
