From what I can see, that cash position at Dec 31 doesn't include the 2nd $10mil tranche of Deutsche Bank funding (hasn't been paid yet), and it might not include the 1st tranche either. So there should be enough cash to cover outflows in the current quarter and possibly 2013Q2 . Beyond that, GXY will need Jiangsu ramped up and paying it's way to avoid any further CRs , imho.
