Reading your post made me think -
How would it hurt to provide some basic details to shareholders ?
For example:
In regards to Oxycodeine Patch
We are in discussion with an undisclosed company regarding progression and funding of phase II & III.
We are seeking reasonable terms including :
Upfront payment
Milestone payments.
POH has determined levels of payment it deems satisfactory for this product.
If these levels are not reached POH will begin discussions with alternate companies or seek alternate funding arrangements for this product.
Just wondering how can management keep us more specifically informed, to help take the guess work out of it, and what would be the down side of providing this type of information.
