They won't need to raise then if they already have stitched up a JV or sold the company by then.
The risk is, they may not have done this by then, so yeah the risk of a raising will increase throughout the year.
Note that I have used the work risk a lot. FMS is a risky play, and that is why it's 7c now. Maybe it could head lower. It could head a whole lot higher too. If you are happy with this type of risk, maybe get involved. If not, buy something else.
