The entire market is getting smashed today; nothing specific to BRN.
Further, even if a CR were to occur (which I doubt given Louis's adamant stance against it), nevertheless the CR would not be at 18 cents; given the share price consolidation between 24.5 - 28, I would suggest a CR would exist within this range.
Today's price action is the direct result of macronecomic ramifications and geopolitical tension. Nothing specific to BRN.
I'm just treating today as another public holiday ... not paying any attention.
