They can raise more than 15% as long as they get shareholder approval or than can have a rights issue to all shareholders and raise as much as they want. They had 900t left at end of Dec and they stated there spend in this qtr will be 600t , so do the math.300t left
15% rule is only for placements.
The announcement today was only made to continue the hype and rock chips are pure hype many geos have told be over the years never get too excited over rock chips as they are not a true indicator of what is below, I seen companies have very little gold in rock chips and have great drilling results and seen companies that have great rock chip results and low grade results when drilled ,look at the hype with RMX great trench results but low grade results when drilled.
