    Last time the CR was tried at 1.10 when the sp was about 1.30. That didn't work so they straight down to 0.55c and issued twice as many shares.

    They will be mindful of that experience this time and go for a low issue price so avoid the embarrassment of another failed issue. Issue price will be 0.55 again is my guess - they don't seem too fussed about dilution.
