Good evening!
I spoke to a gentleman at Link Market Services today to query why my allocation of free unlisted options appeared in my trading account last week and now they have gone.
He was unsure what happened but did advise that as they are unlisted they should not have appeared and that makes perfect sense.
He went on to say the paper work confirming our holdings went out last week but so far I have not received it.
Also he thought something about my SRN number had changed and I really have no idea what he was talking about as nothing has changed on my side.
He will investigate further and get back next week.
I will give it another week and call back if we haven’t received our paperwork.
