This has been the case for at least 6 months now, so why are the orders so hard to come by?
Mind you, until they get it to nameplate the COP will be way above their guidance - so the reduction in COP may take another 6-12 months. All predicated on the assertion that there are n technical issues to overcome - LYC have a habit of not telling SH until way after the event.
