Jan, I agree orders for phase 2 and the ability to sell are vital, however, Lynas has repeated they are able to sell everything the produce and more if we can produce it. With Japan wanting more NdPr, sales should be the least of our worries. The cost of materials to produce, in terms of acids,etc, will nearly double phase1 materials costs and we need circa $60m for a comfortable couple of quarters in my opinion, allowing for startup issues (which should hopefully be far less than phase 1 issues, if they've learnt anything). In this instance, I would be happy with the bigger than usual raising. I feel this would de risk Lynas a lot more and subject us less to the downward pressure from shorters.
