I guess we will find the right answer tomorrow.
Whatever the outcome, we should all be happy that Lynas has successfully refinance its debt.
Whether the share price is up or down, it does not matter for long term shareholders.

If Lynas can demonstrate to the cornerstone investor that they have cash on hand to meet the September reduced repayment, that there is significant progress in production for september quarter and they are on their way to be cashflow positive for December quarter, then they can demand a premium for the equity injection.

The share price went down because of the slow ramp up, depressed rare earth prices and in large part because of the fear of unsuccessful debt refinance.

Now that the refinance is agreed on, coupled with hopefully positive production report, Then I will share the same view with Phil and Jan, that the share price will be up.

If Lynas is still struggling with ramp up of LAMP, has burnt all the cash reserve and in dire situation, then the cornerstone investor will take advantage of the situation and the share price will go down and the right issues will be at significant discount. The specky will be right.
Speckraider is a very interesting character. He wrote on the ORE forum: get ready for the ride up on the 20th of September and two days later the company made two positive announcements, however the share price has been on a down trend since then. Look at their chart. He may be right in his prediction possibly becaus eof inside info, but the market may not agree with him and move the share price in the opposite direction.

For me and I guess for log term investors, it is a win win situation.
