Really i think its a bit academic. I think Dr Reddy's would love to get ACL at triple current price, in my view. My interest in getting a hc member onto the board is to look after the interest of hc members as Dr Reddy's tries to get board support.

We don't want to lose the boost to value that accompanies such and approach.
