    7th Dec capital raising only for $620,400 ($660,00x94%),and cash balance at 30/09/2009 was about $2.6M.The budget of No.3 well is $5.5M. If no new capital raising, how can they have enough fund to complete this well? I guess CR is definitely on the way.Higher price is just for negotiation of higher issue price.
