They are raising 5-6 million because if they try raise 10-13 they will not get it. its as simple as that they have gone into suspension after raising 3 or 4 times (my money is on it going into suspension again) because they are struggling to get the cash. You only have to take one look at the market and now that resources are not in good sorts at the moment.

I had a talk with someone on here about 1 month ago saying this going this raise was never going to happen, it was always obvious to me that it was going to happen and will happen again after this one a lot of funds are staying clear of PNG now. They spend more then 8M a quarter and long way from mining going to take some kind of miracle to fund this thing....
