FYI, and as you probably know perfectly well, (apparently) Mr. Promnitz said there will be no further equity rising.
But what does it matter to you.
You have no interest in IDC.
FYI, tedious as it is to have to state the obvious, any previous capital raising to fund completing of a PRS.

May I, in turn, respectfully suggest that if you want to make comments of this nature you support it with a reasoned basis.
