Not sure I understand your statement, If your comment is suggesting that
No potential JV partner would say "yes, we will come in on that project, oh, and whilst we are talking you will need to do a cap raising to pay for your bit." then you are wrong.
If your suggesting that it is part of any proposed venture,then your probablly correct.
