People need to think more in terms of what has changed regarding value. There still has been all the deals surrounding the acreage with less development being done on them for 20 dollars an acre, I think AJQ should be trading around 10 per acre, currently around 2.50-3 dollars.
The sell side is veryy thin, as has been for the last few weeks. A lot of light shall be shed after the current drilling campaign is finished, especially regarding potential for farmouts imo.
