How do you know the share price wasn't pumped to enable the capital raising to be successful ?
Assuming the raise was successful Petrel are now a A$40m company with very little production and a lot of drilling to come .
Until they have serious production or get successful drilling results in Uraguay how much higher than A$40m do you see them running ?
