Actually, having been on the institutional side of the fence in a past life, there are unfortunately quite a few funds who would take the ~9.5% return for a holding period measured in days. I remember having a coffee with one fund manager of a well known fund who proudly boasted that one of his main strategies was to take as many placements as he could just to scalp the discount.
