EPS this year will likely decline because I believe they are expensing the buy out of contracts. But all things being equal SP should reflect years ahead value not this year. In that regard $45m extra value is being put to work offsetting the larger share register. It seems the true disappointment for you is annoyance with management rather than company performance, that's fine. Markets have a tendency to pull back the price to the CR level so retail may well get the opportunity to buy at the institutional price.

Just a couple of spec stocks (CXZ & ATC) with huge promise (ironically both about to undergoing capital raisings) and a solid company set to take advantage of the cloud computing phenomenon. I think it about to go for a run. NXT
