Lucky placement recipients. I like the reason for this placement, although the pricing sucks. I suspect they could have got this away at $1.02 or so. Anyway - simple maths for me is $1.04 ps prior x 1.17 uplift in NPAT for FY / 1.11 dilution = $1.10 - plus they have cash left over - so lower risk now, and plus they grab more share of future growth. So maybe I will target about $1.15 or so.
Risk is that recipients were badly chosen, and just take advantage of their good pricing and sell down to 0.96c - so will not bet the farm.
