I doubt many retail investors would buy at such a small discount to last trading price. I have a no problems with selling shares to these "sophisticated" investors at 95. I would not be buying at that price but neither would I sell CCV at that price. I am happy to stay out and and happy retail investors have been kept out (costs associated with a retail issue and the discounts required)
