bugs can get it IF the application is made by a CNCA certified manufacturer. Application is made, then after about 7 weeks the applicant receives a confirmation of application.
The process takes about 4-6 months for final approval
as at aug 9 there were 29 formulas registered and approved. They were lodged in march.......
The question is IF they can get it, the question is WHO will make the application for them and HOW much it will cost BUB (assume it will be a cash payment plus a take or pay minimum order volume at a predetermined price per tin)
CFDA will not protect any CFDA registered formulas......Chinese Govt would only engineer things to protect chinese companies (with the appropriate guanxi)
