I guess a war is ready to occur. Current bubs holders are not happy with this CR, coz it will dilute their shares and value. Apparently, this is a private placement to Bell & PCA partner. What a coincidence, PCA asked bubs couple of questions the day before CR happened. I do believe this CR has prepared for a quiet long time.
If i am the institutional investors which hold bubs' share, i will dump shares below .45cents without thoughts. There is no free lunch in this market.
