At .56 cents raise for WHA..the company was valued at 73.9 million post placement ..64 million EV.
If the BUB raising is confirmed at 45 cents tomorrow..BUBs valuation is 120 million at the placement price. Enterprise Value will be roughly 100 million.
They had to offer that discount. 45 cents is impressive to lock down and a big sign of confidence considering where the price was only a month ago. I wanted 50 cents but not to be.
I think the market will react positively to the raising. Will be interesting to see who wins out tomorrow..bulls or the bears.
