Using Daigou is a very effective and cheap way to promote formulas to China.
BUB pricing isn't designed for Daigou to make any profit.
A$33-34.95/tin, plus expensive freight, few buck per tin, cost could up to A$40/tin.
It's Chinese partner, Kaola.com, is selling at CNY198/tin, equivalent A$38/tin.
How Daigou'ers are going to sell at higher than Kaola.com's, they also need to add margain on the cost.
Another fact, is if BUB is able to reduce price in Australia as goat milk is higher than cow milk therefore, reducing formula price is going to reduce profit margin. Not easy, imo.
